1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ASKR Auto Parts website, ordering portal, and services, and any purchase you make from us. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About us

ASKR Auto Parts ("ASKR", "we", "us", or "our") supplies automotive parts to businesses and individuals through our online store, our client ordering portal, and third-party marketplaces such as eBay.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

4. Products, pricing, and availability

We work to describe and price parts accurately, but errors can occur and stock is limited. Prices and availability may change without notice. Where a part is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel or adjust the affected order and will refund any amount already charged for it.

Product images and listings are provided for reference. Specifications may vary by manufacturer, batch, or revision.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we process it for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, due to stock, a pricing error, or a suspected fraud or policy breach — and will refund you for anything not supplied.

6. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). By paying, you authorise us and our provider to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We will ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable. Please check your delivery details carefully, as we may not be able to redirect a shipment once dispatched.

8. Returns and refunds

If a part is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it, including replacement or refund where appropriate. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, unless the item is faulty. Some items may be non-returnable where noted. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Orders placed through eBay are also subject to eBay’s buyer protection and return policies for that platform.

9. Parts fitment and compatibility

It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits and is correct for your specific vehicle before purchase and before installation. Reference numbers, OEM codes, and compatibility information are provided as a guide only and may not cover every variant. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. We are not responsible for parts ordered in error or for labour, installation, or other costs arising from an incorrect part.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

Except where required by law or expressly stated, our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any manufacturer warranty that applies to a part is provided by that manufacturer, not by us.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASKR Auto Parts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use of our services or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Intellectual property

The ASKR Auto Parts name, logo, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, except as needed to browse and use our services normally.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse our content, pricing, or catalogue.
• Resell or misrepresent our products in a way that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

14. Third-party marketplaces

When you buy from ASKR Auto Parts on a marketplace such as eBay, that platform’s terms and policies also apply to your purchase, in addition to these Terms. Where there is a conflict for a marketplace order, the marketplace’s buyer policies govern the transaction on that platform.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
